Position: Support Worker (Full time).
Shifts: Days, nights and weekends required (8:00 AM‑8:00 PM & 8:00 PM‑8:00 AM).
Pay: £12.90 per hour.
We offer residential support for 15 people with acquired brain injury (ABI), physical disabilities or a learning disability. Our multidisciplinary team provides high‑quality specialist support, focusing on developing skills and confidence for safe, independent living.
What you’ll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team committed to our residents’ wellbeing. Using a personalised approach and proven therapies, you will help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.
As a Support Worker, you will assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities, and support day‑to‑day activities while encouraging and promoting independent living.
* Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, eating and other personal care tasks.
* Perform light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linens.
* Assist with safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of individuals.
* Support attendance at medical appointments.
* Observe, monitor, and record physical and emotional well‑being; promptly report any changes to senior staff.
* Support development of family connections and liaise with specialists, including Speech & Language Therapists and Learning Disability teams.
* Encourage participation in social and recreational activities that promote personal growth.
What you’ll bring to the role

Ideal candidate: Holds a full UK driving licence.
