This hands-on role focuses heavily on AV support, alongside general IT troubleshooting and service delivery. You'll provide technical assistance to users at all levels, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities for the : Provide face-to-face and remote IT and AV support. Set up and troubleshoot meeting room equipment and video conferencing tools. Log and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently. Deliver a meet-and-greet service for VIP meetings and events. Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and third-party vendors. Document fixes and contribute to knowledge sharing. Assist with IT equipment moves, reporting, and service improvements.What You'll Need: Experience with AV/video conferencing equipment. Strong IT troubleshooting and customer service skills. Calm, organised, and confident under pressure. Great communication and problem-solving abilities.Desirable: Commercial IT support experience. Knowledge of MS Office, ITIL, and remote support tools.
