Junior Finance Assistant

🕒 Full-time Fixed term contract – 12 months
Working hours 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

What you’ll do:
* Download invoices from internal systems
* Cross-check invoice details for accuracy before distribution
* Email invoice copies to dealers in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate record of sent invoices
* Assist with any follow-up communication regarding invoice queries
* Other reasonable duties as required.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Computer literacy including email and Microsoft office (especially Outlook and Excel)
* Ability to work both independently and part of a team
