While our frontline teams provide direct care, our Head Office plays a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Every accurate record, organised system and well-coordinated process helps support the children in our care.
Were now looking for a highly organised and proactive Head Office Administrator to become a key part of that support.
What you will be doing as a Head Office Administrator
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll work across multiple departments to help keep the organisation running efficiently, compliantly and professionally.
Keeping Head Office running smoothly
* Providing high-quality administrative support across head office functions
* Welcoming visitors and handling calls with professionalism and warmth
* Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient office environment
* Managing electronic filing systems to ensure records are accurate, compliant and accessible
* Supporting meetings, diary coordination and office organisation
* Ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels
Supporting our people and homes
* Providing administrative support to HR, including note-taking and document management
* Assisting Home Managers with regulatory documentation, including monthly reports
* Supporting Finance and Operations teams during busy periods
Helping keep finances on track
* Processing invoices, receipts and purchase orders accurately
* Monitoring petty cash and identifying discrepancies
* Supporting administration of children's savings records
* Arranging staff travel and accommodation
Supporting training and development
* Coordinating training logistics and bookings
* Maintaining attendance records
* Collecting feedback to support continuous improvement
About you
You are organised, reliable and proactive, with a strong eye for detail. You enjoy working across different tasks and take pride in keeping things running smoothly.
You will bring:
* Experience in a busy administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Professional and approachable communication skills
* Discretion when handling confidential information
It would be great if you also have:
* Experience in care, education, health or another regulated environment
* Exposure to finance or training administration
* A Level 3 qualification in Business Administration (or similar)

What you need to know
* Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain)
