We are currently looking to recruit a Bodyshop Advisor to join our Huddersfield Aftersales team. The importance of this key role is paramount to Sandal; being one of the largest privately owned BMW/MINI Retailers in the area, our aim is to deliver a premium service to our customers. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading the Bodyshop productive team
2. Scheduling workload and providing updates to customers
3. Ensuring our business potential is maximised
4. Maintaining customer satisfaction levels and meeting required standards
We are looking for a candidate who can add value and contribute to the ongoing success of the company. You will be a confident professional with the ability to organise your team. Experience as an Advisor within a Bodyshop environment at dealership level, along with excellent customer service skills and good communication with team members and other departments, is essential. Experience with CDK/Kerridge is an advantage, as is being a Bodyshop Estimator.
As expected with a position of this importance, the training will surpass that of other manufacturers and includes ongoing new model technology and customer service courses at the BMW Group Training Academy.

Previous retail motor industry experience at dealership level is essential, as is a full driving licence.
