Overview
We're working with a specialist facade contractor seeking a Designer with experience in curtain walling, windows, and doors, cladding to support delivery of commercial and residential projects.
Role
* Produce AutoCAD drawings for curtain walling, glazing, windows & doors
* Create fabrication & installation details
* Work from architectural drawings/specs
* Liaise with architects, contractors & internal teams
* Ensure designs are buildable and compliant
Requirements
* Experience in curtain walling / glazing / façade design
* Strong AutoCAD skills
* Understanding of aluminium systems & building regs
* Able to read technical drawings
Nice to have
* Revit / 3D design
* Systems: Schüco, Reynaers, Kawneer
* Site or surveying experience
