What is the role
The Online Trading and Marketing Co-Ordinator is part of a fast-growing team. Reporting to the Trading Manager, you will have a varied and exciting role focusing on driving sales and enhancing the customer experience through the website and marketing channels. An enthusiasm for fashion and marketing is essential.
What you will do
* Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on products, trends, messaging, and creative from top competitors.
* Engage with the buying team and report on top-selling lines to the Marketing department, ensuring these are focal points in marketing communications.
* Brief in emails and notifications to the Design team, promoting top products with engaging subject lines to maximize click-through and conversions.
* Collaborate with marketing agencies to develop engaging PPC and paid social ads for platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, targeting appropriate audiences to drive traffic and sales.
* Work with the agency to enhance the affiliates programme by recruiting new affiliates and supporting top performers with promotional content.
* Coordinate weekly homepage and landing page updates with the design team, providing feedback to ensure engaging content for both new and returning customers.
* Optimize on-site search and navigation to improve product discoverability and sales.
* Assist in promotional launches, coordinating creative and copy across all channels for synchronized launches.
