A supportive primary school in Rickmansworth is looking for a passionate Behaviour Mentor to help pupils overcome behavioural and social challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference and see the impact of your work every day.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 and small group behaviour support
Implement and monitor behaviour interventions
Work closely with teaching staff, support staff, and parents
Track pupil progress and provide feedback
Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
We’re Looking For:
Experience in behaviour mentoring or similar roles
Patient, proactive, and empathetic
Strong communication and organisational skills
Committed to supporting pupil progress
