Be Trained is a fast-growing company in the education industry. We provide high-quality services and accredited courses, and we are looking for a reliable administrative assistant to help manage our day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities

* Handle paperwork, forms, and data entry accurately.
* Make and receive calls on behalf of the company.
* Manage emails and correspondence.
* Organize files and maintain accurate records.
* Support with scheduling and appointments.
* Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements

* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Experience with administrative tasks and office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
