Administration
* Maintain the staff attendance sheet
* Organise shipments (TNT, UPS, etc.)
* Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport)
* Provide admin and accounts filing support
* Assist the admin team as needed
* Send monthly training schedules to HR contacts using Excel
* Manage incoming/outgoing post
Office & Building Support
* Liaise with maintenance providers (e.g security and plumbers etc)
* Conduct building inspections and report issues
* Perform routine health & safety checks
* Coordinate and test fire alarms and drills
* Contribute to the company’s Business Continuity Planning team
Reception
* Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly
* Ensure reception and meeting areas are tidy and prepared
* Manage incoming calls and route them to the correct team members
* Organise refreshments for guests and staff
* Order and manage stationery supplies
* Assist with diary management
Person Specification:
A-Level or equivalent experience.
Experience in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Highly organised and self-motivated.
Previous experience in an administrative support role.
