What You Will Do
As a High Voltage Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the maintenance, inspection, and upgrading of high voltage electrical systems across the site.
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal standards.
* Optimising system performance and supporting uninterrupted power supply to operations.
* Troubleshooting electrical issues and managing planned maintenance activities.
* Coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Providing technical expertise to support capital projects and upgrades.
You'll also play a vital role in driving improvements to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of our HV systems.
What You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Significant experience managing and maintaining high voltage infrastructure in a heavy industrial setting.
* Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and HV maintenance best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* A proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
