We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance Processing Team and support both internal colleagues and external stakeholders, including academies and central teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key financial processes, drive improvements, and contribute to meaningful work that supports schools and students. You don’t need to have worked in education before - full training will be provided by our supportive and knowledgeable team. If you’re passionate about finance, process improvement, and leading a team, we’d love to hear from you. Job Purpose Managing and maintaining the purchase ordering system. Leading improvements to financial processes and systems. Supporting academies with credit control and financial queries. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Leading, developing, and supporting the Finance Processing Team. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Trusts and academies. What We’re Looking For: At least three years’ experience in a finance role. A Level 4 AAT qualification is desirable (but not essential).
