Our client, a forever developing and growing brand across the UK are on the hunt for a passionate Chef to take control of the BOH operation at one of their sites in the Cotswolds.
What started as a small brewery in Yorkshire has grown over the years and now operates over 200 sites across the UK.
We are looking for a fresh food background and ideally has experience working with seasonal produce and menus. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop a menu mixed with traditional dishes and exciting flavours. You will use local suppliers to source the very best produce.
The processes and controls for food safety are priority and a level of high standards is a must. You will be a leader and have the confidence to train and develop a small team to ensure the level of standards is maintained across the calibre of dishes you serve and the controls / processes in place.
You will be creating seasonal menus in line with trends and demand. You will have a good financial knowledge and will set out to achieve 75% GP and above. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and grow sales. Our client offers incredible support and guidance to ensure the success of their sites and targets are met.
