We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (EQS) to join our team and play a vital role in delivering a first-class electrical compliance service across a wide geographical area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional with strong technical knowledge and leadership abilities to oversee electrical works within social housing properties, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality at every stage.
Electrical Qualifying Supervisor Role
* Acting as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor for our accreditation
* Providing expert technical support to electricians across multiple contracts
* Delivering technical and health & safety toolbox talks to electrical staff
* Carrying out regular quality control inspections on works in progress and completed jobs
* Ensuring all electrical works meet statutory regulations, industry standards, and organisational requirements
Electrical Qualifying Supervisor Experience
* Fully qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition (BS7671) certification
* City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) Testing & Inspection qualification
* Recognised Qualified Supervisor status with NICEIC/NAPIT (or equivalent)
* Strong experience supervising electrical works, ideally within social housing or similar residential settings
* Solid understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance obligations
* Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
