Responsibilities
* Efficiently manage end-to-end operation of benefits programmes.
* Act as escalation point for benefit inquiries and resolve Tier 2 issues.
* Document processes and create training materials.
* Implement new benefits and streamline existing processes.
* Administer benefit eligibility, enrolments, and claims management.
* Collaborate with various teams and vendors for smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance and governance of total rewards programmes.
Essential Qualifications
* In-depth benefits administration experience.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of HR policies and regional employment laws.
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Technologies
Workday, ServiceNow, Excel, HR administration systems.
