Office Team Leader
Full-time | Based near Burton-on-Trent
We are looking for a confident and organised Office Team Leader to manage and support a busy admin team within a fast-paced construction environment. If you’re a natural team leader who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, solving problems, and improving processes — we would love to hear from you.
What you will do:
* Lead and support a small admin team to deliver high-quality support to our contracting operations
* Oversee day-to-day office tasks — from managing schedules to keeping records and systems up to date
* Be the go-to link between admin staff and senior management
* Identify ways to streamline office processes and boost efficiency
* Monitor workloads, track team performance and ensure deadlines are met
What you will bring:
* Admin experience, including at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Knowledge of purchasing admin would be a bonus
