We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support Administrator to support our client’s busy sales team. You’ll manage everything from customer enquiries and order processing to after-sales support, acting as a key point of contact for both UK and international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue quotations, process orders, and maintain sales records.
* Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
* Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, engineering) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Maintain databases, track enquiries, and support sales forecasting.
* Assist with documentation, presentations, and continuous process improvements.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, professional over phone and email.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with databases or ERP systems is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments.
* Familiarity with SAP Business One.
* Experience supporting international sales.
* Willingness to learn technical products.
