Position: Customer Service and Sales

Location: Woking, Surrey – Full-time, In-person [some WFH opportunity]

Salary: £27.5K + Commission, 1st Year OTE £33K

The Gaming Industry is often rewarding and fun, especially when it involves dealing with Gaming PCs, high-end tech, components and games on a day-to-day basis.

You won't be a small cog in some large corporate entity – you'll be a part of our process. More importantly, you'll have the opportunity of career progression and growth – you will grow with the company as the team expands.

About the job & what you'll be doing:

Most of the work will see you answer all incoming calls and texts so that everyone is looked after and happy. You'll focus on solving problems. This means fostering and nurturing potential customers into sales, and you'll ensure customers with issues are resolved fully or progressed towards a solution. Efficiency is key, as sometimes there's lots to do, so the way you organize your case-by-case workload is crucial.

This doesn't mean there isn't greater complexity or diversity in the role. You'll have a say and involvement in anything or everything, from the way we track returns efficiently to the way we organize and handle potential sales for maximum conversion. Constant improvement is crucial to growth, and as a team, we will strategize ways to improve, identifying weaknesses and coming up with new ideas.

Constantly increasing your knowledge and understanding of our products and services will be high on your priority list, especially in the early months. Primarily, this accounts for solution-based research to offer our customer the best product. For example, what PC specification does the customer need given their requirements and budget? We know a thing or two about this so don't worry, we'll help.

What we're looking for:

It's simple: We want passion, energy, confidence, charisma and ultimately, we want you to care for our customers. You must be comfortable conversing and communicating professionally – it's crucial for interacting with them. Demonstrate this when you phone me.

With this in mind, we don't need perfection or lots of experience. We're here to help nurture your progression, guiding you along the way. With a good attitude and self-reflection, you're bound to succeed and improve further.

To be completely honest, we won't consider candidates who haven't gone through this job listing thoroughly or haven't researched Bedrock Computers in detail. We only want serious applicants with attention to detail and a vision that this is your calling.

We don't require a tech background, but enthusiasm for tech and computers goes a very long way. We'll show you the ropes so you can learn all about our products and services. Learning never stops, and the more knowledgeable you become, the more our customers will have faith in your ability to provide them with a compelling offer.
