Staff Power Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and exciting sandwich shop business. Our client is expanding and is looking for a confident, skilled, and customer-focused Sandwich Chef / Front of House Team Member to join their team.

Position Details
* Employment Type: Full-Time
* Working Pattern: 5 days per week
* Shifts: Monday to Saturday (2 days off on a rotational basis)
* Hours: Day shifts only – no late evenings
About the Role
This is a hands-on position combining food preparation and customer service.
You will prepare fresh sandwiches and menu items in front of customers, delivering a high-quality experience while maintaining excellent hygiene and presentation standards.
You’ll be both the face of the business and a key part of the kitchen operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other food items to order
* Serve customers confidently and professionally at the counter
* Create and contribute new sandwich ideas and daily/weekly specials
* Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards (Level 3 Food Hygiene required)
* Keep all preparation and service areas clean, tidy, and organised
* Take responsibility for your section and support the smooth day-to-day running of the shop
Requirements
* Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
* Experience in food preparation and kitchen environments
* Strong cooking and food preparation skills
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Confident in a front-of-house role
* Proactive, reliable, and eager to grow within the business
