Alison Gray Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Ballymena for a Part Time Credit Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join a busy finance team, supporting key functions across payroll, credit control, and sales ledger management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor customer credit accounts Assess creditworthiness and set credit limits Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices Follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and statements Resolve billing disputes and invoice queries efficiently Prepare aging reports and cash collection forecasts Reduce debtor days (DSO) and minimise bad debt Maintain accurate customer and payment records Liaise with sales, finance, and customer service teams Support month-end reporting and audits Essential Criteria: 2+ years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable Knowledge of credit management and collection procedures Experience with accounting/ERP systems Strong Excel and reporting skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
