Do you have a Catering experience or a qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent?
We currently have a permanent vacancy for a mobile cook, covering locations in Fife:
1. Mobile Cook – 5 days from 7 on a 4-week rota, permanent, 52 weeks
Duties will include preparation of food and beverages and the organisation of the service of food, along with understanding the requirements of special diets.
Duties may include serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen, it's surround and equipment
Completion of basic bookwork and electronic returns may also be required.
You will earn a competitive salary of £24,740.74 pro-rataand have access to a range of benefits, including:
2. £13.18 per hour, plus enhancements for shift work, including weekends.

This work is about ensuring residents, service users and staff are provided with meals throughout the day.
The Person
Catering experience or a qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent is essential for this post.
You will be required to attend a full day’s induction training before starting in post.
Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
