Main Responsibilities Will Include:
* Developing original design concepts aligned with brand identity, customer profile, and market trends
* Creating seasonal colour palettes, detailed sketches, CADs, and technical design packs across blouses, dresses, and beachwear categories
* Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure designs are commercially viable and production-ready
* Researching and interpreting current and emerging fashion trends, translating them into commercially successful ranges
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to agreed deadlines and client briefs
* Providing clear and professional communication throughout the development process

* Previous retail experience is desirable
* Highly trend-focused with a strong commercial eye
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software

* Knowledge of fabric types, print techniques, and garment construction
