This is an exciting time for us as we continue to expand and transform. What will you be doing? Ensuring suppliers deliver materials on time and in full. Tracking purchase orders and escalating risks of late delivery. Calculating yarn and material requirements based on sales orders and forecasts. Analyse and improve the effectiveness of current processes through collaboration and creative thinking Issuing and monitoring production work orders to align with demand. Managing production and sample yarn inventory to ensure availability. Supporting subcontractors with the materials they need to meet output requirements. Completing administration and reporting of transactional supply information. Regular visits and liaison with our key yarn supplier. What will you bring to the role? Skills & Behaviours Strong organisational skills with a methodical, process-driven approach. Confident with numbers and data analysis, especially in Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots). Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure. A collaborative team player with attention to detail. Experience Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in supply chain, planning, or a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with production planning, purchasing, or inventory management systems. What benefits can you expect?
