Role Overview
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and committed female Care Assistants to join our growing team in Crosby. You’ll be supporting clients during evening shifts from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, including weekend work, providing personal care, companionship, medication assistance, and help with household tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes
* Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, medication, and meal preparation
* Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation
* Accurately maintain care records and report concerns to the office team
* Travel between clients’ homes in your own vehicle
What We’re Looking For
* Female applicants only due to client preferences
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
* Ability to work evenings and weekends reliably
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
