We are seeking 3 experienced and dynamic Housing Managers in the Resident Services and Partnerships team focusing on Transparency Influence and Accountability Standard set by the Social Housing Regulator. Are you an experienced People Manager who can lead a team of Tenant Participation Officers, working with residents to give them a voice to enable them to shape services. Or maybe you have experience in tenant engagement data-driven insight and accountability developing our data and evidence collation to ensure we are able to effectively report on outcomes. If you have experience in Communication & Governance, designing and managing media channels ensuring effective communication with Tenants and Leaseholders we want to hear from you. These are pivotal roles in shaping how we meet our statutory obligations, improve transparency, and strengthen trust with our residents. These are office-based roles so you will need to be able to attend multiple city wide locations. Key Responsibilities Tenant Engagement: Drive meaningful engagement strategies to involve tenants in decision-making and service improvement. Ensure compliance with the Social Housing Regulatory Framework and Tenant Satisfaction Measures. Promote transparency and accountability through clear communication and feedback loops. Data, Insight and accountability: Lead on data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions and regulatory submissions. Monitor performance against KPIs and regulatory standards, providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Communications & Governance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and statutory requirements. Providing governance and risk management support to the team. Ensuring all governance requirements are clearly communicated and adhered to throughout the organisation. Supporting the review of governance procedures and policies. Regularly reviewing governance processes and recommending and implementing changes to ensure continuous improvement. Manage internal and external communications related to compliance and tenant engagement. Work with the Communications Team to deliver clear, accessible messages across digital and traditional channels. About You Proven experience in tenant engagement, governance, and risk management. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly. Skilled communicator with experience in media relations and stakeholder engagement.
