Job title: Wellbeing Assistant (Thrive Practitioner)
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Contract: Term time only; 37 weeks per year. Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (includes 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
Salary: Surrey PS5; actual salary £20,361 - £21,812 (£27,634 - £29,604 FTE) depending on experience

We are seeking a Wellbeing Assistant to join our Thrive practitioner team at Epsom Primary School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

Role Purpose:
The role involves assisting with interventions that address social, emotional, and behavioural challenges faced by pupils, ensuring a nurturing environment that supports their personal and academic growth.
To provide administrative and practical support to the Wellbeing Mentor in delivering the school’s pastoral and wellbeing initiatives.
