Your Mission
* Lead the charge on customer-specific activation plans that drive brand visibility and commercial results across your assigned channels.
* Be the bridge between Marketing and Sales—translating brand strategy into customer-specific campaigns and new product launch plans.
* Champion the brand in trade, ensuring it's seen in the right places, by the right people, at the right time.
* Measure what matters—track performance, prove ROI, and recommend what's next.
What You'll Be Doing
* Partner with our Data & Insight team to turn numbers into narratives and recommendations.
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves to keep our plans sharp.
* Collaborate with Account Managers and the Events Team to craft bespoke activation plans and winning tenders.
* Own your budget—ensuring every pound spent delivers impact.
* Report campaign performance to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
* Spot challenges early and bring solutions to the table.
* Build strong relationships with customer counterparts to unlock joint opportunities.
* Be present in trade—gather insights, spot opportunities, and bring them back to the team.
* Flex your schedule to support evening and weekend activations when needed.
* Lead POS projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.
* Manage promotional artwork from concept to completion using Trello.
* Keep Sales in the loop—create compelling selling decks that align brand and channel goals.
* Maintain internal tools and brand assets to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
What Success Looks Like
* Seamless execution of brand plans through trade activations and events.
* New listings secured and distribution expanded in key channels.
* POS used to its full potential across your allocated channels.
* Winning tenders delivered in partnership with Sales.
What You Bring
* 2+ years in customer/trade marketing or a related role.
* Proven success in developing and delivering activation plans.
* Commercially minded with strong numeracy and insight skills.
* High energy, multitasking pro, and creative thinker.
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a hands-on attitude.
* Willingness to travel nationally (UK driving licence required).
* Comfortable with trade visits and occasional overnight stays.
