Our Client has a requirement for a Planning Coordinator, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Scotland.
Role Purpose:
* Responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating integrated programme schedules
* Work closely with programme planners to ensure key milestones, critical dates and interdependencies are accurately captured and delivered
* Act as the planning interface across a complex environment
* Engage with a broad range of stakeholders to challenge assumptions and support informed decision-making
* Identify risks and opportunities and support mitigation planning
* Produce clear schedules and reports to support programme delivery
* Contribute to integrated planning reviews, baseline change control, progress reporting and stakeholder coordination
* Operate effectively within a highly regulated, security-sensitive environment
* Undertake travel to UK sites for meetings and workshops as required
