** Specification Manager – North East**
Looking for a role where you can influence projects from concept to completion? We're recruiting a Project Specification Manager to work at the heart of the construction and built-environment sector.
In this role, you'll partner with architects, designers, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders to secure product specifications that turn into real commercial success. You'll manage projects through the design and delivery stages, promote sustainability-led solutions, and play a key role in growing specification-driven revenue.
Package
Base salary up to £60,000
25% bonus (OTE £75,000)
Company car or £6,000 car allowance

What you'll be doing
Building strong relationships with specifiers and influencers
Securing and converting product specifications into value
Promoting sustainability, product, and service advantages
Managing opportunities and accounts through a CRM system
Delivering CPDs and technical presentations
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver shared goals
What do I need?
Experience in specification-led or construction-related sales
Understanding of the design and build process (RIBA stages)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Commercially minded with a value-led sales approach
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
