The role

The Cyber Area within Frazer-Nash is one of the fastest growing areas and we are looking for graduates who can establish themselves to help fill the global cyber resource shortage. We are looking for graduates who can apply their general digital capability to solve our client’s most challenging cyber problems. We apply a range of systems engineering approaches to support our clients, including requirements, architectures, and modelling. We build long-term relationships with our customers and keep helping them with their problems as they evolve over time.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

* Is able to adapt to changing situations: the nature of consultancy is that you need to adapt to new scenarios in existing work or the challenges offered with new work. We are looking for individuals who are able to adapt their behaviour and ways of working to respond to these changing situations.
* Is focussed on delivering our clients work: The ideal candidate should be focussed on delivery. Our clients contract us because they want to achieve something, by successfully delivering what they require we are contracted for follow on work.
* Is able to explore our clients needs: Often are clients aren’t aware of what outcomes best suit their requirements. We need to explore different options for our clients to ensure we deliver the best outcomes.
* Is able to create the new and the different: The Cyber Area within Frazer-Nash is one of fastest growing, consequently the ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial approach helping to develop future cyber services. Given a blank sheet of paper we are looking for individuals who are able to create new service offerings to our current or future clients. This role requires constant stepping out of one's comfort zone to embrace the future.

As a minimum requirement you will have obtained a 2:1 in your bachelor’s or a master’s degree. You may have relevant experience from university courses that are similar to any on the following list:

* Computer Science
* Cyber Engineering
* Systems Engineering
* Physics
* Mathematics
* Mechanical Engineering
* General Engineering

Our Recruitment Process

1. Step 1: Application - CV submission
2. Step 2: Measure Potential - Arctic Shores’ task-based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks which will enable us to get to know you better! In return, you’ll receive a personalised feedback report.
3. Step 3: Video Interview - Situation based & technical questions that are related to the important criteria needed to be successful on the role.
4. Step 4: Explore day - This includes the opportunity to learn about what we do, network with current Graduates and find out about what a career at Frazer-Nash has to offer. You will be asked to complete an interview and presentation/task as part of the day.
5. Step 5: Decision/Feedback - You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job or progress you to the next stage.

Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.

The nature of our work means that we sometimes require staff to access Government material, it is therefore necessary for all our employees to gain appropriate security clearance. We will apply for clearance if you have successfully been selected for a position, and we will decide if we can successfully gain full clearance on your behalf based on the content of your application.
