The successful applicant with have exceptional customer service experience and finance knowledge, with a confident, enthusiastic personality. Previous credit control experience is not essential but would be beneficial. * Chasing outstanding payments via email and telephone
* Allocating incoming payments
* Dealing with queries and maintaining relationships
* Putting accounts on hold
* Updating and maintaining the company system
* Producing reports to track aged debt
