Senior Physiotherapist – Inpatients and Outpatients
Overview
Senior Physiotherapist - Inpatients and Outpatients – Circle Reading Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. 37.5 hours per week, permanent, salary up to £45,000 per year (depending on experience, training and qualification).
Duties Of This Role
* Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
* Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
* Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
* Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
* Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care.
* Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services.
Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
* HCPC – registered Physiotherapist
* Both inpatient and outpatient post‑registration experience; ideally hand therapy and women’s health experience.
* Strong clinical reasoning and decision‑making skills.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
* Commitment to team working and service improvement.
* Minimum 2 years experience.
