Safeguarding Assistant – Full Time

Enterprise Academy is seeking a dedicated and proactive Safeguarding Assistant to join our team at a mainstream secondary academy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the safeguarding and pastoral team in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students
2. Acting as a first point of contact for safeguarding concerns and referrals
3. Maintaining accurate records in line with safeguarding policies and procedures
4. Working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to provide effective support
We are looking for someone who:
5. Has a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
6. Can communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality
7. Is organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure
8. Has previous experience in a safeguarding, pastoral, or education setting (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
