About the role
Our Global Supply Program Implementation Associates support the coordination and realisation of compliance programs and projects. You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the interdependent and multi-purposed compliance related programs and projects across numerous Reckitt manufacturing sites and external manufacturing organisations.
** NOTE - this role is for an initial fixed term contract period of 12 months **

Your responsibilities
1. Ensure any risks highlighted through our compliance programs are mitigated and any actions associated are complete to reduce risks.
2. Coordinate and follow up on open actions raised and logged
3. Coordinate and follow up with the Regulatory and Marketing teams
4. Escalate production plan risks to Global Supply Program Manager (GSPM) in order to create mitigation plans
5. Support global sites’ in the seamless delivery of artworks with minimal write off
6. Act as a point of contact for all the Reckitt and EMOs sourcing sites that are involved, escalating to the GSPM
7. Take responsibility for process development and improvement that is required for sufficient and cost-effective realisation of the compliance related changeovers on the Supply side
8. To act as a representative on behalf of the Global Supply Implementation Manager where applicable
9. Provide support with status updates

15. 3-5 years Pharmaceuticals and/or FMCG industry project management experience with a proven track of record is a must have
16. Understanding of end-to-end supply chains in FMCG or Pharmaceuticals
17. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority is key
18. Good presentation skills
19. Power BI, Projects Online & Microsoft Excel experience is adavantageous
