Key Responsibilities
* Create memorable experiences through authentic customer service.
* Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
* Interact with customers, educate them on products, and build lasting relationships.
* Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
* Manage cash and adhere to security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
* Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive, professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
