Pulse Nursing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurses to join our team in Manchester. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health patients
* Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
* Administer medications, monitor symptoms, and provide therapeutic interventions
* Support patients with managing their mental health, preventing relapse, and promoting recovery
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare professionals
* Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients in times of need
* Ensure the delivery of care in line with mental health legislation, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards

Skills & Qualifications
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC pin
* Previous experience in mental health
* A compassionate, patient-focused approach to
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
