Job Description:\n\nWe are currently looking for a teacher to work within a special educational needs school full time from September 2025. \n\nThis role is working in a school based in Gloucester and has pupils from KS1 and KS2. The children have access to lessons in English, Maths, Science, ICT, PHSE, ART, PE and creatvie topics.
Thehy are also offered play therapy for support if needed. \n\nThe school is set up to provide a nurtering enviroment where pupils can flourish away from mainstream school. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTeach the children the curriculum, planning all classroom lessons.
\nBe able to adapt lesson plans to work with different children needs and abilities.\nProvide feedback to parents and other third party teams when needed\nManaging behaviour and maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphereRequirements:\n\nYou must have a relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS etc)\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team\nExperience working with SEN children \nA positive and compassionate attitude towards students\nA valid right to work in the UK \n\nIf this sounds like you, here at Ivy Resource Group we've got you covered!
