1. Identify and cultivate business opportunities, working collaboratively across internal departments to support the achievement of sales and service growth objectives.
2. Coordinate with the central office in Germany to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of joint initiatives and contractual obligations.
3. Build and maintain a forward-looking project pipeline, respond to sales enquiries, and prepare formal quotations in accordance with established pricing frameworks. Manage follow-ups and customer interactions through to successful order confirmation.
4. Effectivelymunicate client requirements to relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
5. Maintain consistent and proactivemunication with clients, providing regular updates on the status of product and service delivery.
6. Monitor and report on key account performance, delivering accurate and timely insights to support management decision-making.
7. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence, includingpetitor analysis, to inform strategic decisions and maintain apetitive edge in offerings.
8. Identify and pursue suitable marketing initiatives to promote products and services effectively.
