This is a pivotal role within their business, ensuring that once a sale is agreed, the entire implementation process runs smoothly from start to finish.
The Role:
As Sales & Implementation Coordinator, you will take ownership of the post-sale journey, acting as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the full rollout of product deliveries to customer sites
Arranging technician visits to ensure correct storage, setup, and safe use of products
Organising and scheduling regular service review meetings with clients
Leading internal handover meetings post-sale to clarify responsibilities, timelines, and delivery expectations
Ensuring all actions, communications, and milestones are accurately logged on the internal system
Monitoring progress to ensure agreed service levels and implementation timelines are achieved
Acting as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Technical teams, and external customersThe Package:
Salary £28,000 - £32,000pa
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
25 days holiday + BHKey Requirements:
Has strong coordination or project administration experience
Is confident liaising with internal departments
Has excellent organisational and time-management skills
Is detail-oriented and comfortable managing documentation and system updates
