We currently have a vacancy for an HGV Master Technician in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks Depot in Corby.
As an HGV Master Technician,we can offer you:
* An hourly rate of £17 - £21, depending on your HGV Master Technician experience

Who are we looking for as an HGV Master Technician:
* You will have previous experience working as an HGV Technician / Master Technician / Mechanic within the HGV, Commercial Vehicle, LGV, PSV, Heavy Plant, Car or an associated sector.
* Ideally have a qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
* Or a time served HGV Technician.
* Ability to participate in breakdowns.
* Skills to follow company processes for completing all paperwork including accurate completion of job cards and service records.
* General level of computer literacy is advantageous.
* Full UK driving licence.
The HGV Technician role / responsibilities include(but not limited to):
Servicing and maintaining a wide variety of Trucks and Vehicles. Fault Diagnostics. MOT Preparation. Mechanical and Electrical repairs. Ensure repairs are carried out according to manufacturers procedures and in a safe and responsible manner. Road test vehicle when required, subject to licence restrictions. Attend any technical or development training that is made available.
Working Pattern:
Week 1: Mon Fri 6am to 2:30pm. Week 2: Mon Fri 1:30pm to 10pm.
Saturday morning on late week paid as overtime.
