Customer Service Administrator - £30,000 - £32,000 | Addlestone | Full-Time, Permanent
An established and growing property company in Addlestone is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join its team. This is a varied role combining telephone enquiries, bookings, admin support and report proofreading - ideal for someone organised, detail-focused and confident with IT.
Property experience is useful but not essential. We’ll also consider strong administrators from other sectors, as long as you’re quick to learn and pick up new systems.
Key responsibilities
Managing bookings and scheduling appointments
Handling telephone enquiries and day-to-day customer queries
Dealing with tenant, landlord and agent queries professionally and efficiently
Supporting the wider team with general administration and documentation
Proofreading and quality-checking property inspection reports
Escalating issues where appropriate and keeping records up to date
What we’re looking for
Experience in customer service and/or administration
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
Good IT skills and the ability to learn internal systems quickly
Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
Salary
£30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
