Think Office Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a Dudley based client who are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Office Manager/PA to provide high-level support to the Board of Directors whilst also overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of two offices. Key Responsibilities Personal Assistant: Manage complex and ever-changing diaries for the Directors, including scheduling internal and external meetings, travel, and key events Coordinate board meetings, including preparing agendas, papers and taking minutes as required Deal with confidential correspondence and ensure information is handled sensitively and professionally Proactively follow up on tasks and actions for the leadership team Office Management: Oversee daily operations of the head office to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment Manage and oversee the meeting room booking system Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility needs, including managing relationships with suppliers and service providers Manage health and safety compliance across the office, including fire safety records and workstation assessments Support onboarding of new staff including IT equipment, security passes, and introductions Maintain and improve office systems, processes, and general administration procedures Coordinate internal staff communications and support with internal events and meetings Act as first point of contact for IT, maintenance, and facilities-related queries Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a similar Office Manager/PA role, ideally within professional services or busy corporate environment.
