We are recruiting a Mobile Vehicle Technician on behalf of a well-established vehicle maintenance and repair company. This is a mobile, customer-site role covering Kent, where you work independently on the road carrying out repairs, maintenance, and scheduled servicing.

OTE up to £49,000, with performance bonuses

Monday to Friday rota-based working pattern
47.5 hours per weekDuties:
Conduct repairs and maintenance at customer locations across Kent
Respond to job instructions on arrival, ranging from routine replacements (including windscreen wipers) to scheduled servicing and mechanical repairs
Manage a flexible daily schedule to accommodate multiple client sites
Ensure high standards of workmanship in line with company policies
Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts usedRequirements for the Mobile Vehicle Technician Role:
Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician, LCV Technician, or in a similar mobile/field-based technical role
Strong technical capability with hands-on motor trade diagnostic and repair experience
Mobile Vehicle Technician experience is essential
Full UK driving licence required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
