We are seeking a Chef De Rang to support our F&B Manager in delivering an exceptional, guest-led experience across all F&B activities. The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel setting (red star or equivalent)
* High-volume F&B experience
* Focus on providing a 5* guest experience
* Experience in wine, bar, and cocktail service
* An adaptable, forward-thinking approach to creating memorable guest experiences
We offer an hourly rate of £13.00, increasing to £13.20 after one year, plus a share of service charge and gratuities.
