The role
As a demi chef de partie you will learn about the fine dining style of cookery and learn how to cook at a michelin/multi rosette level. You will learn how to cook at this level, starting off in one of the smaller sections and then learning how to progress to other sections. This role will include all the standard Demi chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a demi chef de partie with a 1 or 2 rosette background, the most important thing is a passion to learn and develop. You must have passion for food and for high end cookery. As well as being teachable, you will also have good knife skills,
