Daniel Owen is seeking a Junior Bid Administrator to join one of the market leaders in facilities management. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of construction, security, or engineering.
The Company:
The company is one of the largest in its sector, employing over 27,000 people with an annual turnover of £400 million. They operate across three main sectors: facilities management, transport, and security. With offices in the UK and Ireland, they are expanding their busy bid team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, process, record, and track all daily incoming/outgoing tender opportunities.
* Review and filter daily tender alerts and distribute notices to relevant sales leads.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to managing public sector frameworks.
* Support in populating standard bid content, formatting, and quality control activities.
* Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Head of Bid Management.
Key Skills:
* Bid administration experience or similar administrative roles.
* Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
