Marketing Manager (Retail-Focused, Fashion, High Growth Brand)
Location: UK (Head Office)
Salary: Up to c£70,000 (DoE)
We are working with a fast-growing brand, having launched with 7 UK stores in 2025 and backed by a globally recognised retail group with a strong track record of scaling brands internationally.
With ambitious plans to grow to 1,000 stores across 40+ countries by 2030, including expansion into the US, Canada, Europe and South Africa, this is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage of significant global growth.
The Head Office team is currently ~25 people, with product, marketing and eCommerce all working closely together. This role offers the chance to help shape the marketing function from the ground up.
The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager who understands how to make product sell-particularly in a retail environment.
This is not a traditional "channel marketing" role. We are not looking for someone focused purely on digital ads or events.
Instead, we want someone who can:
* Build strong brand storytelling
* Understand what drives customer behaviour and conversion
* Translate this into clear, compelling execution across retail and campaigns
