This Customer Service Advisor role offers a mix of customer contact and admin support across savings and mortgage services. You’ll be part of a busy, friendly team where accuracy and initiative are valued.
As Customer Service Advisor, you will benefit from:

As Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer enquiries via and face-to-face
* Processing savings and mortgage transactions
* Supporting online services and technical queries
* Escalating complaints and risks appropriately
As Customer Service Advisor, your experience will include:
* Excellent customer service skills and experience within a customer-focused environment
* Admin experience and strong PC skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Willingness to work towards Retail Banking Certificate or CeMAP
* Knowledge of Money Laundering and Data Protection (desirable)
