Senior Sales / Head of Business Development reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. ImmuONE is on a mission to revolutionise in vitro inhalation safety testing. We develop cutting-edge respiratory cell culture models and services that help global pharma, chemical, and consumer goods companies predict real-world outcomes — faster and more accurately.
We’re looking for a Senior Sales / Head of BD who’s ready to jump in, build relationships, and drive revenue. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and knows how to turn conversations into contracts.
What You’ll Do
* Lead commercial growth: Identify and close £1M+ in new business across pharma, chemical, and consumer sectors.
* Own the client journey: From first contact to signed contract — present capabilities, lead meetings, and manage key accounts.
* Build the pipeline: Use your network, market insights, and industry events to uncover new opportunities.
* Coach and lead: Mentor a small BD team and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
* Stay ahead: Track market trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities — and feed insights into our strategy.
What You Bring
* MSc or BSc in life sciences (or related field)
* Proven sales success in life sciences or CROs
* Strong understanding of drug discovery, clinical research, and lab services
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel and a full UK driver’s licence
* Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally
