Position Overview:
Join our innovative, results-based, and fun recruitment team to help source, identify, interview, and recommend placement of employees through creative internal and external sourcing methods. You will work directly with hiring managers and the HR Business Partner Group to develop and implement proactive and consultative recruiting strategies.
You will:
1. Conduct full-cycle recruiting of EMEA & global technical positions, including posting jobs, developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, formulating offer letters, and onboarding new hires.
2. Proactively source, network, and creatively identify and interview potential candidates.
3. Support and build Entrust’s employment brand.
4. Support the Employee Referral Program.
5. Adhere to equal opportunity, affirmative action guidelines, and federal and state regulations in recruiting efforts.
6. Manage operational projects to streamline recruitment efficiencies.
7. Build strong relationships with managers and candidates.
8. Manage relationships with preferred vendors.
9. Experience with Workday is a huge plus!
Your experience:
1. 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter.
2. Proficient in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
3. Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices.
4. Use a creative approach to sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates.
5. Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence.
6. Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced organization.
Ideally, you will have:
1. Bachelor’s degree and solid understanding of HR laws and regulations.
2. Solid skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
